ORC Networks
Global Reward Meeting Group
Next Meeting: 10 July 2008, in London
Agenda
The Global Reward Meeting Group is a network of reward/remuneration
managers
in multinational organisations that have headquarters or regional
offices in Europe. At
meetings held in London three times a year, members get the opportunity
to focus
exclusively on UK and European compensation strategies associated
with salary and
short-term and long-term incentives; discuss remuneration related
issues, such as
retention strategies; and share best practices on how to maintain
an effective reward
system for executives. The group’s focus is on the sharing
of ideas, experiences, and
expertise for the purpose of developing policies and practices
for the management of
reward and compensation across Europe. Also the group addresses
members’ requests
and needs for discussion on countries outside of the European region,
such as China,
India, Turkey and other emerging countries.
