European Expatriate Policy Forum
ORC’s European Expatriate Policy Forum (EEPF) was established
over 20 years ago
to provide a confidential and informal environment in which major
international
companies with significant European operations can discuss current
issues on HR and
expatriate remuneration.Members of the Forum meet twice a year
in major European
cities to compare and review worldwide policies and practices,
as well as trends and
developments in the broad field of expatriate management.

There are two annual sessions facilitated by ORC. In addition,
members communicate
between meetings via a “members-only” website. Discussions

etc.

Membership
Decisions on membership rest with the member-companies. The Forum
represents
major employers with operations in Europe across a range of sectors,
and while diverse
representation of business sectors is sought, competing companies
are accepted into
the Forum with the approval of existing members.
Forum membership is limited in order to facilitate the meaningful
and personal
exchange of information and to provide an effective network of
employers.
The key representative for each company is the person with major
full time responsibility
for expatriate human resource management.
